THE BESTTTTT dentist (and trust me, I have searched high and low in central Florida!) Dr. Maali and his team are compassionate. If trust is your biggest issue with dentists, this is your place!! If transparency or costs are the issue, this is your place. Everything is simple. So simple that I was skeptical at first. Procedures that were going to cost $7K+ were less than $2K!!!! And, to be able to fit my work schedule… this has been the most amazing experience. For someone who HATED the dentist, I LOVE coming here. I look forward to my next visit. Absolutely hands down give Sandlake Dental a try. You will be very happy!!

I recently had an emergency appointment with Dr. Williams at the Maitland office. I’m always very anxious about going to the dentist, but from the moment I arrived, the entire staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Williams and the team were incredibly friendly, patient, and compassionate throughout my visit. They took the time to explain everything and provided an exceptional level of care. I’m truly grateful for the positive experience and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental team.

I've been a patient of Dr. Maali for several years. I initially chose his office because of the excellent reviews, recommendations, and articles highlighting his work. Dr. Maali can be very personable and knowledgeable, and I don't question that he has experience. However, over time I realized I was looking for something different: a dentist who takes a more conservative approach and prioritizes patient's care over recommending additional procedures. One thing that disappointed me was feeling pressured to schedule dental cleanings more often than I personally believe I need. I take excellent care of my teeth with daily flossing, a Waterpik, both an electric and manual toothbrush, occasional oil pulling, and a remineralizing toothpaste. I've consistently been told that my teeth are very clean. In my experience with dentists in Europe, I was never advised to have cleanings this frequently if my oral hygiene was already excellent. I do pretty much the same cleanings at home, but not for the fee they charge. At one point, I was also referred elsewhere for a root canal evaluation. After seeking another opinion, I was told that I did not need a root canal. I also felt that cosmetic pr

For anyone looking for a dentist, I really recommend this dental office. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor were very friendly and helpful. Helena was my hygienist, she was very kind, explained everything very clearly, and made my experience at the office very easy. Dr. Maali was also very kind and made me feel at ease when he came in to do my exam. Doctor was very thorough throughout my exam and he made it easy for me to understand what was going on, as well as what I needed to get done and why. He answered every question I had and made sure to explain in a way that I could understand. Everyone made this experience so easy and welcoming,

I recently became a new patient at Sand Lake Dental and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff greeted me with genuine warmth and made me feel right at home. The hygienist was outstanding—thorough, gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning. It was one of the best dental cleanings I’ve ever had! Dr. Maali (or the doctor I saw) was truly professional, skilled, and caring. He listened to my concerns, explained my treatment options in detail without rushing, and his expertise gave me complete confidence. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients’ health and comfort. The whole team is so friendly and attentive—everyone from the front desk to the assistants made the visit pleasant and stress-free.
